Her research examines how religious socialization shapes the racial attitudes and political engagement of Asian Americans. Previous to Rice, Bianca served Asian American youth in community-based organizations and taught Asian American Studies at San Francisco State University, Laney College, City College of San Francisco, and Oakland Unified School District.
